Belize
Belize, a rather anonymous country between Mexico and Guatemala, is the only officially English speaking country in Central America. I had some bad luck with the weather the week I was there and more or less spent my time moving on to the next city in hope for less rain. Therefore I unfortunately can't tell you if the claim of having one of the best diving waters in the world is justified. What I can confirm though, is that the reputation the Belizians have about being best in the world in the arts of chilling and relaxing, most probably are true. Stress is virtually nonexisting over there...
